These terms govern your use of Rinto ("the Service"), operated by VMANG LABS LLP ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 to use Rinto. You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at hello@tryrinto.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
2. What you can do with Rinto
You may use Rinto to run your freelance or agency business. That covers sending invoices, signing contracts, tracking time, and managing projects. You keep all rights to the content and data you put into Rinto.
3. What you may not do
- Use Rinto for anything illegal.
- Send unsolicited spam or content that harasses, defrauds, or defames anyone.
- Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service.
- Resell or sublicense Rinto without our written permission.
- Use Rinto to launder money, evade tax, or violate sanctions.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Free, Pro, and Agency plans
The Free plan is offered without charge, with limits described on our pricing page. Paid plans (Pro and Agency) are billed in Indian Rupees, monthly or annually, in advance. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. 3 month Pro trial
Every new account gets a 3 month Pro trial without providing payment details. At the end of the trial, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe. Trial duration may change for future signups.
6. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel a paid subscription anytime from Settings. If you cancel a monthly plan, it ends at the end of the current billing month. If you cancel an annual plan, it ends at the end of the current billing year. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, but if Rinto isn't working for you within 14 days of your first paid charge, email us and we'll refund you.
7. Your content
Everything you upload to Rinto (clients, invoices, contracts, files) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it purely to operate the Service on your behalf. We do not use your content to train AI or share it with third parties for their own use.
8. Availability
We work hard to keep Rinto available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that briefly affect access. We'll try to give notice for planned maintenance.
9. Third-party services
Rinto integrates with third-party services (payment processors, email delivery, cloud storage). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for how they operate.
10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Rinto is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Rinto. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us in that period.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email. Continued use of Rinto after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
